Foot Massage & Reflexology

You stay in a reclining chair, shoes and socks off and everything else on, while the work runs over the soles, arches and heels and up into the calves. Half an hour is $25 — the lowest price on the menu, and the easiest thing to try on a first visit. The full hour is $45, less than two half hours bought one after the other. Both foot-and-body combinations start here too: thirty minutes in the chair, then the table.

Before you are on the table
Four things worth settling, in the order they come up:
- 01 Pick the length first. 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes — half an hour covers the back, neck and shoulders, and your legs and feet need ninety or more.
- 02 Tell us where it hurts before you're on the table, and tell us what you'd rather we left alone.
- 03 Say something during the session too, if the pressure isn't what you want. Firm work and general work cost the same, so changing your mind halfway through changes nothing at the desk.
- 04 Call (316) 246-3999 to book. There is no form on this site and no online booking — the phone is the whole of it.
02 — What it costs
$70 an hour, and deep tissue costs the same.
An hour on the table is $70. Ask for firm pressure and it's still $70 — the number doesn't move when the technique does, and it doesn't move at ninety minutes or at two hours either. Most places around here do it the other way round: published deep-tissue rates in Wichita ran from roughly $95 to $160 when we last looked, in September 2026, and a good share of that spread is a surcharge for pressure, not for time.
So length is the only real decision. Half an hour ($50) covers the back, neck and shoulders, or the one spot that has been complaining. Most first visits book the hour ($70). Ninety ($100) is the same work at a slower pace, with your legs and feet in it instead of skipped for time, and two hours ($140) is head to feet with nothing dropped.
Two of you pay exactly twice what one of you does: $140 for the hour against $70, $200 for ninety against $100. Both numbers are on the menu, and nobody pays extra for the second table. Couples hours advertised elsewhere in Wichita ran roughly $170 to $210 in September 2026, against the $140 hour here.

The one place the menu subtracts
- 30 Min Foot + 30 Min Body $25 + $50 = $75 bought apart, $60 booked together — $15 less.
- 30 Min Foot + 60 Min Body $25 + $70 = $95 bought apart, $90 booked together — $5 less.
Half an hour in the reflexology chair, then straight onto the table, all on one arrival. The rest of the menu holds no discount at all — though the full foot hour at $45 already costs you less than two of the $25 half hours.
Worth saying plainly
Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. That's roughly how the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health frames it — useful for some people, not a treatment for disease — and its consumer guidance asks you to tell your practitioner about your health situation and keep your own doctor in the loop. Star averages for a spa sit on platforms that disagree with each other, so you won't find one of ours here. What you get instead is narrower and more useful: five things that are either true of a studio or are not, and that you can settle before anyone takes your card.

You'll find us in The Shops at Tallgrass, 8336–8340 E 21st St N — the north side of E 21st Street, about a fifth of a mile east of Rock Road. Bradley Fair is across 21st Street, and Wichita State University is straight west on the same road.
In off E 21st Street on the north side, just east of Rock Road — the lot wraps the front of the centre and Suite 311 opens straight onto it. It's a surface lot, it's free, and there is no garage, no deck and no ticket to carry in. The junction outside carries 40,064 vehicles a day, so the turn in is the only fiddly part of the trip — the 21st and Rock page walks you through the approach, and the location page carries the map.
