02 — Booking
Booking a massage is a phone call.
Call (316) 246-3999. There's no online booking on this site and no form to fill in — it's the phone, seven days a week from 9:30 AM. Tell whoever answers how long you want, what kind of work you're after, and whether one shoulder is the reason you're calling at all. They'll know what's still free that afternoon. Nothing on this page moves a price. An hour of deep tissue is $70, the same as an hour of body massage — you don't pay extra for the firmer work. Two guests pay $140 for the hour and one guest pays $70, so the second table costs you nothing on top. The shorter foot-and-body combination is $60 against $75 for the same two halves bought separately, so it saves $15.
Every line and length is on the menu, and the same numbers sorted by the clock are on the prices page. What you're quoted on the phone is what the menu says.
03 — Ask the desk
Ten questions, one answer.
These are the questions a policy page is supposed to answer, and we can't honestly answer a single one. No cancellation window has been set, and the same goes for deposits, refunds, gift certificates, tipping and age.
We could invent something plausible for each one. Then it wouldn't be a policy we were describing, it'd be a policy we wrote — and whoever is at the till has to defend it the first time a guest disagrees.
So every card below carries the same sentence. It looks repetitive because it is — the answer really is one phone call, ten times over, and rewording it each time would just be for show.

04 — Before the session
Tell the therapist first.
Say the awkward things at the start — an injury, recent surgery, a skin condition, an allergy to oil or scent, a shoulder that's been getting worse all month. Your therapist can work around any of it, but only if the information arrives before the oil does.
Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. It is not medical treatment, it diagnoses nothing, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If you're carrying a health condition, a recent injury, or pain that's severe or won't settle, talk to a medical professional before you book. If you're pregnant, ask a clinician first and the front desk second — there's no line on this menu written for that. Then tell your therapist what you were told.
Two straight reads
Neither of these is selling you anything. The NIH's overview of massage therapy is straight about where the evidence is thin, and its list of things to know first says who should check with a clinician before booking anything at all.
05 — In the room
You set the pressure.
Too firm, too light, an elbow somewhere you'd rather it wasn't — say so. Say it in the room, not in the car on the way home. Pressure can change at minute five and again at minute forty, and changing your mind halfway through is expected. No therapist hears it as a complaint.
Draping is simple. You undress alone, down to whatever you're comfortable with, and you stay under the linens the whole way through — only the part being worked on is uncovered. Foot work asks for less: shoes and socks off, everything else stays on, and you're reclined in a chair, not on a table.
A session can also just stop. If it isn't working — for a reason, or for none you feel like explaining — say so and it ends there.
06 — Conduct
The line, stated once.
This is a professional therapeutic massage studio, and the work on the menu is all there is. Any request, remark or suggestion of anything else ends the session on the spot.
07 — Licensing
Who licenses a therapist in Wichita.
Kansas has no state massage licence — massage therapists working in Wichita are licensed by the city instead, under a municipal ordinance that sets minimum training hours and yearly continuing education. The ordinance is public. Chapter 3.55 of the city code is where it's written down, and it's about a ten-minute read.
We don't print anything about the people working at this address. No permit details have been supplied for this site, so none are claimed — not in the copy, not in the fine print, not as a badge in the footer. Ask at the desk instead. It's an ordinary question, and it's worth asking at any studio in this city.
08 — Why it is short

Nothing above was rounded off, softened, or borrowed from the answer most places give. Where the studio hasn't set a rule, this page says so instead of guessing. The gaps are gaps on purpose.
A published rule is a promise. Print a cancellation window here and the desk gets two bad options the first time somebody misses an appointment: enforce a rule the owner never set, or wave it away in front of a guest who read it and planned around it. A phone call beats both.
We know what that costs us. A longer page — a fee schedule, a twenty-four-hour rule, a paragraph on gift-certificate expiry — would look more official, and would answer a lot more of what you came here to find out. It would also be fiction. The first guest to hold the studio to a sentence nobody there wrote is the one who pays for the decoration.
