Monday through Thursday the door closes at 9:00 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday it closes at 9:30 PM. One caution about the table. It gives you the hour the building closes, which is not the same thing as the latest hour a session can begin — people mix those two up constantly, and only one of them is published anywhere.

Then call and check it, because arithmetic has no idea whether the therapist you want is already halfway through somebody else's ninety minutes.

• 30 minutes — the back, neck and shoulders, or whichever one spot has been complaining. The easiest thing to fit into an evening that's already half spent.

• 120 minutes — two hours with nothing skipped for time. Call before you set off, whatever the clock on the door says; this is the booking that most needs it.

There is no online booking for this studio, which sounds like a limitation right up until you're trying to get a table at the end of a Saturday. Two people at once needs more notice than anything else on the schedule. The couples room is one room with two tables, so a late Friday for a pair is the slot with the least room to move. Say it's for two before anything else, then name the hour you want and a fallback in the same call.
