Contact · Open seven days

A massage in Wichita is one phone call away.

No form, no booking system, nothing on this page to fill in. You book a massage in Wichita out loud, on the phone: say how long you want and which day suits you, and someone at the front desk writes it down. That’s the whole arrangement — nothing to confirm afterwards, nothing to sit and wait on.

We’re open seven days: half past nine in the morning until nine at night Monday to Thursday, and until half past nine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Parking is free and it’s right outside the door. There’s an email address further down the page if something really has to be in writing, but it’s the slow way to reach us.

The number, and what to say when you call.

Tap it, or dial it

(316) 246-3999

One sentence does most of the work: how long you want, which day, and whether it’s one of you or two. Pressure and which oil goes on both get settled once you’re in the room. Feet or table doesn’t — the chair and the table are booked and priced separately, so tell us which you want while you’ve still got us on the phone.

Seven days, weekends included. The weekend runs half an hour later than the rest of the week, which is easy to miss if you’re skimming.

The phone is faster

If something really has to be in writing, our inbox is crystalmassagewichita@gmail.com. It’s a Gmail account somebody opens between guests, not a monitored desk, so treat a message as a question asked and not as a time held. Anything with a clock attached belongs on the phone.

02 — Before you dial

What shapes the massage before it starts.

None of it is required — a name and a day will do. But each answer changes the slot the desk writes down, and all of them are easier to settle on the phone than at the door.

Every price, in one table
  1. How long you want

Four lengths on the table: half an hour at $50, the full hour at $70, ninety minutes at $100, two hours at $140. Half an hour covers the back, neck and shoulders, or one area that’s been complaining at you. Two hours runs head to feet with nothing skipped for time. Pick the length that fits your evening, not the one that sounds impressive.

  2. Deep tissue, or the regular kind

Both cost the same at every length we sell both in — $70 for the hour either way, $100 for ninety minutes. So it isn’t a money question at all; it’s a note to your therapist about how to work. Say where it hurts before you’re face down, and say so again on the table if the pressure goes past what you asked for.

  3. Feet, table, or both

Foot work happens in a reclining chair — shoes and socks off, everything else stays on: $25 for half an hour, $45 for the hour. Book half an hour of each as one appointment and it comes to $60, against $75 as two separate lines, so it saves $15. The foot-and-body pairings are the only lines on this menu where combining costs less than booking the halves apart, so mention it on the call if both appeal.

  4. Whether there are two of you

Couple Massage is two guests in one room, side by side, $140 for the hour. That’s the $70 hour, twice — no surcharge for the room, and both numbers sit on the price list. Say it on the call anyway. Two guests means two therapists, and the desk needs to know that when it picks your slot; it’s a scheduling question, not a room one.

  5. Anything a therapist should know first

Tell us about a recent injury, a spot you’d rather nobody touched, or a skin condition. Tell us how much pressure you actually like, too, not how much you think you ought to put up with. Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, and it is not a substitute for medical care — if a clinician is already involved in something, ask them before you book.

Two things the list does not carry

You can have the head spa here, and it isn’t one of the printed lines — the front desk sets the length and what it comes to, so ask for it by name on the call. Swedish, hot stone and chair massage are painted on the storefront window, and none of those three is priced on its own either. Swedish and hot stone are ways an hour on the table gets worked: name the one you want when you book the hour, and change your mind halfway through if it turns out you wanted the other. Chair massage is seated work, not table work, so that one’s a question for the desk too.

Worth repeating

Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. It is not a substitute for medical care, and nothing here treats a condition — NCCIH’s consumer guidance puts the useful part plainly: tell the practitioner what’s going on, and keep your own provider in the loop. That’s what item 05 above is asking you for, only a little earlier.

03 — Where, and when

Seven days, and the weekend runs later.

Monday to Thursday the doors close at nine. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we stay open another half hour. If you’re aiming at the end of an evening, ask the desk which lengths still fit that night — the day-by-day version is on the late-hours page.

We’re Suite 311 at The Shops at Tallgrass, on the north side of E 21st Street, about a fifth of a mile east of Rock Road. There is no garage to find, no deck to climb and nothing to bring inside for validating — you park and you walk in. Turn-by-turn directions, the map and the plaza layout are on the location page, and the wayfinding detail is on 21st and Rock.

Before you call

Reaching the front desk

Questions about the session itself — the room, the table, what to wear — are on the FAQ page.

What if nobody answers the phone?

+

Try again a few minutes later. We’re open Mon — Thu 9:30 AM — 9:00 PM · Fri — Sun 9:30 AM — 9:30 PM, so a line that rings out inside those hours is worth a second try before you take it as closed. The email address further up this page gets read too, just not quickly, which makes it the wrong tool for anything happening today.

How far ahead should I call?

+

Call far enough ahead to have a choice. A particular evening, a two-hour session or the couples room narrows what’s left fastest, so ring early if one of those is what you want. Only the front desk knows what a given day still has open, and they’ll tell you on the call.

Can I call about a time today?

+

Yes, and it’s the fastest way to find out. Same-day availability changes hour to hour, which is exactly the kind of question a phone answers better than a page. Call (316) 246-3999 before you set off, so you’re not driving over on a hope.

There are three of us — what then?

+

The menu goes up to two guests in one room, side by side, and that is what Couple Massage covers. Three or more of you is a front desk question: call, say how many and roughly when, and let them tell you what the day can hold. Don’t read anything on this page as a promise on that one.

Is there a booking form on this site?

+

No. There is no online booking here and no contact form anywhere on the site, and that is deliberate — a request form that a person then confirms by phone is the same phone call with a wait bolted on the front of it. Call (316) 246-3999 and your appointment exists by the time you hang up.

The number, one more time.

Say how long, say which day, say whether there are two of you. That’s the whole of booking a massage in Wichita here — somebody writes it down, and everything after that happens in the room.
